SOLD

Well, we put our house on the market FSBO to see what kind of action we could get. It allowed us the whole summer to sell our house before we had to move into our new one. Little did we know we would be so lucky! In 4 days we had 5 offers. Needless to say, we have sold our house. The best part is, we don't have to find temporary housing to live in until ours is built. We have settled on a closing date at the end of September, so we can spend our summer playing here and slowly packing to get ready to move into our new house once it is built mid-September!
