Day 7

Today I am thankful for Iowa weather. Yep, you read that right! I love that on Nov. 7 I can be outside enjoying the warmth...when just last week I was bundled up and preparing for winter. The unpredictable weather drives me crazy at times, but it makes me so much more appreciative for those great days when they come. Emma, Norah and I spent the morning in the sunshine enjoying the fresh air, trimming the bushes, raking some leaves and riding bikes. I know I'll be cursing the winter weather soon, but for now I am loving the sunshine and eagerly awaiting that first snow day when Grace can stay home from school and I can enjoy the day bundled up with my 3 favorite ladies.
