If you're looking for a kid friendly vacation, might I recommend taking the fam to Waterpark of America in Minneapolis. This place was awesome. With 2 sets of bunkbeds and a queen bed it fits any family's needs and there is so much fun right within the hotel. The girls had a great time swimming, catching some waves in the wave pool, riding the tube slides and their favorite, the family raft ride. There is even a surfing simulator for those a little braver.
