Waiting...

Waiting is not a strong quality for the ladies in our house. Luckily our Advent calendar is helping us on our countdown to Christmas with 25 fun activities to help us prepare for the big day!

The girls LOVE pulling a tag out of our calendar each morning.

Day 1: Find a mischevious elf...TINY our elf on the shelf is BACK! They were so excited that he didn't forget about our family in the "off-season". They love searching for him each morning and Tiny has become quite creative this year.

Day 2: Paint your toenails red for Christmas!

Day 3: Write letters to Santa. Grace has so many questions, she almost forgot to tell what she wanted! Emma's was simple...I love you Santa. Happy birthday, Jesus! Love these girls!

Day 4: Take bubble baths.

Day 5: Sing Christmas carols. This worked out perfect since both girls had their Christmas programs that night!

Day 6: Eat dessert before dinner. No complaints here...who doesn't love a candy cane before dinner!

Day 7: Help someone less fortunate. The girls loved doing the Red Kettle Project through Salvation Army again this year. Afterwards, a little shopping spree for our Angel tree friends. Everyone has someone their age to shop for this year (except Mark has a whole family) so we all had fun picking out some of our favorite things to give away!
