Saturday Grace had her Pinewood Derby race for Adventure Guides. I love that girls can participate in the derby. She had so much fun making her Fire Engine and did a great job painting it. Mark did all of the cutting, but she sanded it down and used masking tape to tape it all off so that she could keep the paint where she wanted it. She did such a great job!
We kept prepping Grace that she did a great job and that she probably wouldn't win a trophy two years in a row. I couldn't believe it when she brought another one home! She moved up one place from last year even!
