'Tis the season! Mark and I have started back into a "routine" for working out. Much to our delight, it is now a family affair. Grace is finally big enough to ride her bike somewhat lengthy distances, so we busted out the jogger and we went for a family run. Lucky for me, the jogger is heavy enough to slow Mark down a bit so I can almost keep up with him. It was so much fun to workout as a family knowing that we could all be together and yet still be getting something accomplished. Our first family workout...2.5 miles. Grace did AMAZING! Here's to hoping there will be more nights like this!
