Sledding

Day or night, these girls have loved playing out in the snow. Perhaps it's the knowledge the a hot cup of cocoa awaits them when they finish, but the girls have spent their fair share of time in the snow this winter. Lucky for us, they are getting big enough they can finally start shoveling the driveway. Lucky for them, this winter we finally have a snow blower. I love that it leaves us more time for playing in the snow vs. moving snow!

These two love the sled. No hill is too long or steep for them.

Norah just wants to watch. Her first time on a sled we took her to the "big hill" thinking she would fall in love with it just like the older 2 did when they were her age. Big mistake. Different kid, different fears...we may have spoiled sledding for her for a while. She screamed the whole way down!

Even with her hot chocolate Emma has troubles warming up!

Grace headed down the big hill...by HERSELF! This is a BIG hill with lots of BIG kids going down it. It worked out perfect since Norah and I were pouting in the car and Emma wanted daddy all to herself!

Emma and daddy speeding down the slopes!

Head first was the only way according to Grace.

Perfect day!
