Who doesn't love to learn with the awesome library programs that are keeping us busy this summer. We don't miss our Tuesday trips to the library for our summer reading program, but in addition, we have found ourselves at the downtown library multiple times this summer as well. With great reading programs, fun crafts, summer meals, lego club, yoga, storytime, guests and more, there is always something fun happening at the library.
The girls loved making pinwheels and then taking them up to the rooftop garden to see how well they worked.
After a little coaxing by a friendly librarian, we also decided to check out one of the summer meals. The roast beef sandwiches were a hit and the girls had so much fun eating at the library and I loved taking a day off from making lunch!
Dan Wardell was as spunky live as he is on IPTV. He had a great message and a wonderfully interactive program.
Dan Wardell also gave each of the kids a magnifying glass so they could continue their exploring. Norah had just gotten over the fact that he was a "superhero" and then he gave her the coolest present ever...she was in awe.
Not to mention all the cool stuff to play with at the library besides just the books and programs.
