The girls' love for babies has yet to subside. They still sleep with them each night, dress them each day and include them in their adventures. When American Girl came out with their "girl of the year" and her name was Grace and she loved Paris, I knew I would end up caving. I never had American Girls growing up, but many of my friends did and have fond memories of them as their favorite toy. I still think back on my Cabbage Patch doll and how special it was to receive her. Call me nostalgic, but I wanted that for Grace. For her birthday, we let her pick out her "Grace" and learn all about this Parisian baker.
Norah was in awe seeing all of her baby, Natalie's "sisters"
Grace and "Grace" in her Patisserie.
The girls loved having lunch at the Bistro with their dolls.
Grace figured "Grace" was pretty thirsty since she'd been in her box so long.
Both girls celebrated their birthdays while we were there too, so they were really excited to get birthday stickers and have the staff light some candles and sing to them. It was a really memorable day.
