Green thumb

For her birthday, Emma really wanted a garden. We've been talking of putting one in for a few years, but the spring has always come and gone so fast that we've always missed our window for planting. This year, we didn't delay...Mark grabbed a rototiller and started tearing up a patch. Emma was really committed to helping get all the weeds out. Considering this is one of the worst parts of gardening, I think she has the potential to really take good care of her new garden.
Tilling up a space for her plants.

Planting corn. Notice the other girls ran off to play, but she is still going strong.

Sunflowers, lettuce, peppers, carrots, corn, and tomatoes. Giving them a good drink.

The other girls returned once the hard works was over and the fun of watering began.
