Pumpkin carving

The girls carved pumpkins a few weeks ago for their Adventure Guides camp out, but given the warm weather, they quickly molded on the front porch, so we decided an update was in order. It can't be Halloween without some pumpkins from Bart's Farm carved on the front step.
It was such a beautiful day, I can't remember the last time that we carved pumpkins outside!

Since Will isn't old enough to carve, he used his feet to paint little ghosts on his pumpkin. Even though he did his pumpkin from the warmth of the indoors, I love that he was able to carry out this family tradition with us!

Take your pick...which is your favorite?

All lit up and looking spooky!

Of course, many breaks were taken in the comfort of the hammock as well.
