October 15th each year is the Wave of Light in honor of Infant loss remembrance day. We have spent September and October celebrating our favorite little guy and definitely didn't want to miss this opportunity to send him messages in Heaven. We headed to the park and were given blue and white balloons with lights on them to write our messages and send them up to Heaven. The girls LOVED this and it was so beautiful to watch them float up and disappear among the stars. We shivered as they read off the names of loved ones and messages for each of them unsure if it was the cold or the emotion that was settling in. We headed home afterward and continued the celebration by lighting our own little corner of the world up.
