Today I am thankful for pinterest. Yep, it might sound tacky to be thankful for a website, but at the end of the day when my body is tired and my mind is mush, I love having this to bring back some creativity. From good recipes when I'm in a dinner rut to fun projects for the girls, I can always count on this site to provide whatever it is that I am looking for at any given time. Somedays, it's nothing more than a laugh!
Today Grace had an early dismissal from school. Emma lives for these days as she gets her playmate back for a whole afternoon, and I love to watch them craft and play together. I love having a place that I can go for ideas so instead of an afternoon of coloring and puzzles, we can have an afternoon of building and imagination. It provides my not-so-creative mind with a world of fun at my fingertips. Todays fun project...race cars. My girls are busy-bodies...so I am thankful that I can continue to provide something fun for them to do that encourages positive interaction as they continue to explore the amazing friendship that can be found in a sister.

Kleenex box races...so much fun! And who doesn't have an extra tissue box, some pencils and a Barbie dying for a ride!
