We flew in to Mexico and got to our resort (Excellence: Playa Mujeres) about 4pm. We were greeted with champagne and a hot towel and as we checked in we were upgraded to a rooftop terrace (with our own private pool and 2 sunbeds) When we entered there was another bottle of champagne a fruit basket and a personalized welcome letter for our 10 year anniversary. Talk about customer service at it's best. We settled in, cleaned up and headed out to check out the resort and eat dinner at a great Italian restaurant. Follow it up by a late night show (a circus) and a stroll up the beach and we were in paradise.
