Now that Mark is done teaching classes, he has started back up with the "honey-do" list! Poor guy, he is such a great Mr. Fix-it that there is always a project that needs to be repaired, updated, or tweaked. I am so thankful that he can do it all, because lately it seems like I have been breaking it all. :)
Thank goodness he works quickly when necessary. After the floor started buckling and we noticed a leak under the sink, we quickly got things dried out before we had some major water damage. A few fans, a new disposal and a bit of putty later, we were back in business. Not even 24 hours later, a new part for my treadmill came! He was determined to fix the slip in my treadmill although he had been tinkering with it for a few months. After having it for almost 8 years, I figured it was a goner, but low and behold, he's got it running like new. Then after a little "jumping on the bed" incident, we found ourselves in need of some bunk bed repairs. I have always warned Emma not to jump on the bed...too bad mommy didn't follow that advice. Bunk beds are now solid as ever! So thankful for my Mr. Fix-it!
