Day 2 in the Dells brought as much fun as day 1. We headed out to Noah's Ark for another day of fun since we had such a great time the day before. It was a little overcast, which cut the crowds considerably and made me a little less psycho in applying SPF 1000 to my children all day.
Norah insisted that we call it "Norah's Ark" since it was obviously named just for her.
Pumped and ready for an ENTIRE day of water!
Since we had ridden all the "big kid" slides the previous day when there were no lines, we took advantage of the less crowded areas that brought just as much fun. Believe it or not, even on this overcast day with a minimal crowd the lines for the big slides were still 60+minutes. How awesome that we rode all of those on Friday as many times as we wanted without lines?!
The girls loved having a little squirt gun battle. Norah pummeled everyone since she was so tiny and could hide the best!
Emma loved Paradise Lagoon and trying to get across the lily pads.
The zip lines were also a hit!
The only slide we missed the previous day was the Dark Voyage so we waited about 15 minutes so we could experience every ride in the park!
Ride 'em, cowgirl!
We ended our day relaxing in the Big Kahuna, and it turned out to be our favorite part of the day. The wave pool was so warm and little did we know since we were already wet that it had started sprinkling, so there were hardly any people in it. We left the park about 6:30 and headed back to the hotel to get ready for dinner. We ate at a delicious place with a table next to a huge wall of windows with a great view, and just our luck as soon as we were seated we had the most amazing spot to watch a beautiful rainstorm move through. It was perfect timing and created such a relaxing ending to our day.
