Daddy-Daughter Dance

It's hard to believe, but Mark took the girls to their 5th annual daddy/daughter dance on Friday night. They had a wonderful time, as always. At the end of the night per tradition, the 10 year-old girls went out on the dance floor to take their "final" dance with their dads. Grace got all choked up and mentioned to Mark how sad she will be when they have to do their last dance together. She said that most of the girls were crying as hugging their dads and danced. I am so happy that the girls will have these awesome memories with Mark.
Getting ready to go to dinner catered by Dostals...yum.

Josie and Emma cutting a rug.

The girls shared a table with the Hines' again this year. Note the tiarras...these have been worn non-stop around our house the past few days.

Balloon wands were all the rage this year.

Don't think just because she is only 3 that this girl missed out. Norah and I had a "date night" as well. It was fun to have her all to myself with some very intriguing dinner conversation and then a trip the boys basketball game at Xavier where she ditched me to play with friends. Afterwards, back home for a sleepover in her bed. (Until she fell asleep that is) :)
