After our tour of Coca Cola we
walked through Centennial Park and saw the CNN building, the College Football
Hall of Fame, and headed to the Fountain of Rings to catch the 6:30 show.
Unfortunately, the fountains were under construction, so we decided to head to
dinner and head out of Atlanta. Though we originally had planned to stay in
Atlanta (as the Aquarium is said to be one of the best and the Zoo comes highly
recommended as well), one of the rules of our trip was to experience the things
that we couldn’t do anywhere else, so we decided to bypass both of these, which
meant we had already seen everything in Atlanta that we had wanted to see. We
played at the park a little bit to blow off some steam before hitting the open
road, and we headed to Chattanooga. We checked into the hotel and were excited
to have an early start on the next day since the drive was already under our
belt. The view from our hotel was beautiful. Back to Tennessee…it is so
beautiful here.
Champions! Guess these girls should be gearing up for the next Olympics.
SO bummed when the Fountain of Rings wasn't working.
The playground was a close second though.
They had the coolest roller slides! If it wasn't so hot out we could have stayed for hours. Thankfully there were sunshades over a huge portion of the playground keeping things a little cooler.
