4th of July

It was a beautiful fourth of July this year. Sunny and warm, but not too hot. The Nafzigers saved us some seats in the shade along the parade route, so we had a perfect fourth of July morning surrounded by family.
Lovella, Grace, Aubrey, Emma, Norah, and Mo.
We even found Lydia at the parade!

Lots of squeezes from grandma makes every day special.

The annual photo was a must. Somehow we missed Jason's family?!
Cheerleaders getting ready for some softball games.

We spent the afternoon at the park watching Anna and Morgyn play softball and enjoying some popcorn. Between games, we took a little ride in the train.

And, of course, we didn't miss out on the pony rides!

Then back to the house for a little volleyball. Our team lost by a set...Jillian was wracking up the points.

As it got dark we broke out the sparklers, glow bracelets, and s'mores.

S'more squeezes from grandma to round out a great day.

I knew Grace loved Dalton, but apparently the feeling is mutual. Nothing like watching fireworks from a porch swing with man's best friend.
