As much as we try to keep the focus of Christmas on Jesus' birth, we don't cut out the fun of Santa. Our elf on the shelf, 'Tiny' still reports back to the North Pole each night for the fun and excitement of finding him hiding around our house each morning. Though we don't hear much talk about Santa, they love waking up each morning to figure out what kind of shenanigans Tiny has been up to while they sleep.
Our Santa visit was short lived. The girls thought it was funny that so many people dress up to help Santa listen to children's wish lists and report them back. Especially this Santa who didn't quite fill the suit and used books to expand his not so 'bowl-full-of-jelly' belly.
Norah was ready to tell Santa all about the blue watch she wanted. Santa worked his magic. It wasn't blue, but she had a cute little monkey watch hanging in her stocking Christmas morning.
