Labor day

Labor Day couldn't have been any better. We spent the weekend at my sisters house helping them finish their shed. By helping I mean Mark helped and the girls and I played. :) It was such a relaxing weekend and the very thing that we were all in need of. With the cool weather, the girls enjoyed a backyard camp out, playing outside, and getting a lot of uninterrupted time with cousins.
The girls were SO excited to camp in the backyard. I couldn't believe that they made it all night as it got pretty cold and Mark may have planted a few scary stories in their heads before bed.
So thankful for cousins...they make everything more fun.
Taking a few minutes to see what all the banging is about.  They made some awesome progress on the shed.

We also rehashed a bunch of "when I was a kid" stories. The girls loved hearing how, on the nights grandpa wasn't in for dinner, grandma used to play the organ and sing as we ate. Of course, they made her put on a performance for them!
