Merry Christmas, Will!

After our Christmas celebration in the morning we packed up and headed to celebrate with Will and give him his Christmas wreath.

Though we wish we could visit him every day, we know that having him an hour away keeps us focused on life and not grief. He's close enough to visit when we need to, but far enough to ensure we don't get enveloped in our sadness over losing him. I love that we can still spend our most important days with him.

I also love knowing that he gets frequent visitors. It warmed our hearts to find this beautiful ornament by his angel when we got there. My sisters had each visited him on Christmas and my parents send photos each time they drive by. I love that even in death people continue to watch out for him (and us). Merry Christmas, sweet boy!
