It has been a sad week. Emma had to say goodbye to "Lily" this week, her crayfish. She gave us a solid 2 years after Grace brought her home from school after her 4th grade science project. Emma has been her adoptive mama ever since. Something tells me that during the "crayfish unit" at school Emma will find another crustacean companion.
