HoteLumiere

For our last night of vacation we figured we would splurge a little and get a suite downtown. HoteLumiere was a great place to stay offering a beautiful hotel, comfy beds and large suites. There is also a casino attached, but we never made it that far!

Norah loved having a huge king bed.

We also had a beautiful view of the river and the arch. Too bad the weather made it a bit foggy and the renovation of the arch meant that it doesn't light up at night right now. 

The girls loved the fancy atrium, glass elevators and being able to race down to the lobby! My only complaint, the pool is open until 10, but closed to children after 8. Since we didn’t get back until a little after 8 and the pool was empty, we decided to sneak them in for a little swim. We got about 30 minutes in and then an employee came in and asked them to get out of the pool. Mark and I had to laugh at the fact that they would rather have an empty pool, than have a family swimming in it. It worked out well though as it was getting late, and the girls were in need of a good night sleep. The long nights and busy days are catching up to all of us!
